Paolo Scheggi for Atkinson Museum

The Paolo Scheggi Association is very happy to announce that the exhibition The Dynamic Eye: Op and Kinetic Art from the Tate Collection., after its exhibition stop at the prestigious venue of the Museum of Art Pudong (MAP), Jean Nouvel's visionary architecture in Shanghai, China, moves to the Atkinson Museum in Porto, Portugal, where it opens to the public from July 1, 2023 and will be on view until the end of October.

The exhibition, which brings together nearly 120 artworks in a broad survey of Op and Kinetic Art from a global perspective, also includes Paolo Scheggi's 1970-datedInter-ena-cube in red enameled metal modules, formerly part of the Permanent Collection of Tate Modern in London.

The exhibition is co-organized by MAP and Tate, produced by Lujiazui (Group) Co., Ltd. and curated by Clara Kim, former Daskalopoulos Senior Curator, International Art, Tate Modern, and Matthew Watts, Assistant Curator. The project is coordinated by Katie Chester, Project Manager, Collection Exhibitions.
